Our own laboratory for
water analyses

With regular analyses and measurements in our own laboratory, we monitor the various waters and ensure that the quality meets the official specifications.

We also determine the performance of the chemicals used.

Your wastewater samples are in good hands with us. We analyse the samples you send us for discharge and limit values, in particular copper, zinc and AOX. We also check the flocculation performance of your wastewater treatment plant in order to optimise it as much as possible.

In addition, we simulate the wastewater from your plant with the help of the colours you use in order to achieve the best possible cleaning result.

Samples from the boiler house and circuits are analysed with regard to the legal and relevant specifications and, if necessary, the dosage of the relevant chemicals is adjusted.

Before new cleaners or colour series are used, it is important to test the new combination. Using simulations, we can visualise your wastewater system in detail and check whether the new products are compatible with the chemical wastewater treatment and whether the discharge into the public sewer system complies with the regulations.

In addition to a large number of factors, our test procedure pays particular attention to disruptions in flocculation and any deterioration in the previous discharge values.

This enables us to ensure that your wastewater treatment plant functions optimally in advance when changing products.
